NO COST PARKING CONTROL / MONITORING

Are you frustrated with having to wait 30-60 minutes or more for the police to show up then another 15-60 minutes for a tow truck, to remove a vehicle illegally parked or abandoned? Bulldog Tow LLC has started a parking lot monitoring and towing program, at no cost to the landowner / manager. There are three levels of participation. Each allows your residents a better experience on your property, by making sure they can park in their reserved (paid for) space, or in the parking lot in general. We will fax the tow slip directly into the police department so there is no waiting for an officer to arrive to sign the tow slip.

The three levels are:

  1. Management or resident with a permission letter can call us directly when a vehicle is parked illegally in a no parking, reserved space or is abandoned. Once a program is established all that is necessary is one call to us.
  1. We can periodically patrol your property for abandoned vehicles, with flat tires, expired tags, not moving etc…  This can be done on a bi-weekly, monthly, or bi monthly basis. When we spot vehicles that are in violation we will notify you, and only tow when you feel it is necessary.
  1. We can actively patrol your parking lots, throughout the day and / or night, checking for parking permits, illegally parked cars, etc… and tow them right away. An example of this would be where we check from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 7 p.m. till 7 a.m. or any times you need.

The owner of Bulldog Tow (Jeff Jacob) owned Innovative Security from 1993 until July 1, 2005.  He is putting the 12 years of parking control experience into the “best of both worlds” program. Bulldog Tow will be able to quickly and professionally handle your parking control problems, without tying up your security, management or maintenance personnel for several hours.

Signage may be appropriate to advise people of the resident, employee, and/or customer parking only areas. Signs could also state cars will be towed to Bulldog Tow LLC at the owner’s expense. Discuss with Jeff the type, wording, and placement of signs.

We may even provide signs to post and advise people of the resident, employee, client parking only areas, and that the cars will be towed to Bulldog Tow, at their expense.
